Constructed from stainless steel, the Carbonator Pro features a protective carbonation chamber that allows water to be safely carbonated directly in its glass bottle.
Aarke's innovative Push-to-Lock™ system makes carbonation remarkably straightforward. Simply fill the glass bottle to the marked line, place it into the base and press down the stainless steel cover until it locks into position. The one-handed mechanism encloses the bottle ready for carbonation, while additional presses of the carbonation button let you increase the amount of fizz to suit your taste.
This Starter Kit includes a CO₂ gas cylinder filled with food-grade CO₂, so you have the essentials needed to begin carbonating. One cylinder can carbonate up to 60 litres of water, and the Carbonator Pro accepts standard 400–425g / 60L screw-in CO₂ cylinders approved for sparkling water makers.
The supplied 800ml Glass Bottle Pro has a 700ml marked filling line for carbonation and can be cleaned in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 70°C. Its glass construction also makes it an attractive bottle for serving sparkling water directly at the dining table.
Completely cordless and electricity-free, the Carbonator Pro doesn't need a plug socket or batteries. What is the difference between the Aarke Carbonator Pro and Carbonator 3?
The biggest difference is the bottle. The Carbonator 3 is designed to carbonate water in a PET bottle, while the Carbonator Pro uses a glass bottle. To safely carbonate in glass, the Pro incorporates a protective stainless steel cover that encloses the bottle during carbonation.
What is Push-to-Lock™ on the Aarke Carbonator Pro?
Push-to-Lock™ is Aarke's one-handed bottle locking system. Place the glass bottle into the base and press down the protective cover until it clicks into place, securely enclosing the bottle ready for carbonation.
How much sparkling water can one CO₂ cylinder make?
One compatible CO₂ cylinder can carbonate up to 60 litres of water. The actual amount achieved will vary depending on how strongly you carbonate each bottle.
Can I adjust how fizzy the water is?
Yes. Press the carbonation button to carbonate the water and repeat the process if you prefer more bubbles. A second or third press can be used to increase the carbonation level.
