1. Delivery Types
We offer two delivery options depending on the product:
A) UK Nationwide Courier Delivery
Available on eligible small appliances and selected items, delivered to UK Mainland addresses.
B) Local Delivery (Large Appliances & Televisions)
Some products (including large kitchen appliances and televisions) are available for local delivery only within 15 miles of our Melton Mowbray or Loughborough branches.
Your delivery eligibility will be confirmed at checkout based on your postcode.
If a local-only item is ordered for an address outside our local area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. UK Nationwide Courier Delivery (Small Appliances)
We aim to provide a fast and efficient service. Not all parcels are dispatched from our main warehouse, so couriers may vary.

Items marked “In Stock at Euronics” require additional time to reach us before dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days in total.
“Item available to order” / Direct from supplier
Some items are supplied directly from a supplier. These are normally delivered within 5 working days, subject to supplier stock availability.
If there are any stock availability issues, we will contact you as soon as possible during working hours.
3. Local Delivery Only (Large Kitchen Appliances & Televisions)
Large kitchen appliances and televisions are available for FREE local delivery only, within 15 miles of one of our branches (Melton Mowbray or Loughborough).
Delivery timescales (local area):

In Stock items: we aim to arrange a delivery time slot within 3 working days

In Stock at Euronics: we aim to arrange a delivery time slot within 5 working days

Item available to order: we will contact you once stock availability is confirmed to arrange a delivery slot
Delivery method (local)
Delivery is into a room of your choice and items are delivered fully packaged, unless additional services have been arranged.
Optional services such as unpacking, packaging removal, installation, or removal/recycling may be available in the local area (where offered). Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you in advance.
4. Delivery Areas
UK Nationwide Delivery
Available to UK Mainland only. We do not currently deliver to:

Northern Ireland

UK Offshore Islands
Scottish Postcodes (Surcharges / Service Levels)
Some Scottish postcodes may incur an additional charge and operate on a two-day service:
AB30–38, AB44–56, FK17–99, G83, IV1–28, IV30–32, IV33–39, IV52–55, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–33, PA34–40, PH18–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
Any applicable surcharge will be shown at checkout.
5. Dispatch, Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email from the courier confirming dispatch and tracking updates.
Where available, delivery dates/times can often be amended directly with the courier.
For supplier-direct deliveries, tracking may be available upon request by contacting our team.
6. Telephone Orders
We accept telephone orders, however:

We cannot dispatch telephone orders until 3 working days later due to additional payment security checks

We cannot accept telephone orders over £150
7. If You Are Not Available for Delivery
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to delay dispatch. We cannot hold orders for longer than 14 days.
If your order has already been dispatched, courier options may include delivery to a neighbour or collection from a pickup point/post office (subject to courier service availability).
8. Packaging
Items are shipped in original manufacturer packaging unless additional packaging is required to protect them during transit.
Small items may be sent in padded or concealable packaging.
9. Damaged Deliveries & Inspection
If your parcel arrives with damaged outer packaging, we recommend inspecting the product as soon as possible.
Customers should check items thoroughly within 5 days of delivery and report any damage or faults to us as soon as possible. We may request photographs before arranging an exchange or collection.
Reporting within this timeframe helps us resolve issues quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:

Peak seasonal demand
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
11. Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect from our stores in:

Melton Mowbray
-
Loughborough
Click & Collect is available on in-stock items only. If an item must be ordered in, we will inform you when it is available for collection.
Please Note: The payment card used for the order and a valid photo ID matching the order address must be presented at the time of collection.
