4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.

Orders paid via Klarna or PayPal will only be delivered to the authorised address linked to the relevant account.
We do not offer in-house credit facilities. Any credit agreements are strictly between you and the provider.
Full payment is taken once your order has been confirmed.
6. Pricing
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery or installation charges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs:

If the correct price is lower, you will be charged the lower price.

If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before dispatch.

If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to honour it.

All products are supplied with standard manufacturer accessories unless otherwise stated.
8. Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery on UK mainland orders.
Additional charges may apply for:

Delivery timescales:

In-stock items: typically within 3 working days.

Supplier-dispatched items: up to 5 working days.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
9. Acceptance of Goods
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report damage or faults within five (5) days.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in refusal of claims.
If delivery is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or fails due to incorrect address details, a £15 return charge may be deducted from any refund.
10. Warranty
All appliances include a minimum one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty for domestic use only.
Extended warranties may be available through approved partners.
Warranties do not cover:

Consumable parts
Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service unless otherwise agreed.
11. Recycling (WEEE)
We comply with UK WEEE regulations and offer a free recycling service when replacing like-for-like electrical goods (terms apply).
Electrical goods must not be disposed of with household waste.
12. Complaints
We aim to respond to complaints within five (5) working days.
Delivery-related issues will be addressed with the courier where applicable.
We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and efficiently.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
