Cancellation Period

  • Your right to cancel begins when you place your order.

  • The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

  • You must notify us by email or letter within this period to confirm you wish to cancel.

  • After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please refer to our Contact Us page for contact details.

Returning Your Item

  • Goods must be returned at your own cost.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged and includes all original components.

  • We recommend using an insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. This means you may unpack, assemble, and switch on the product to assess it. However, you must not use the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what would be permitted in-store.

We may be able to arrange collection in certain areas at a standard charge of £20. Please call 01664 502600 to check availability.

Refunds

If you cancel your contract within the statutory period, we will reimburse all payments received from you using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value resulting from excessive handling or use.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods; or

  • 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned (whichever is earlier).

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Faulty Goods (Within 28 Days)

If you believe your item is faulty, you must first contact the manufacturer’s helpline. In many cases, apparent faults are resolved through troubleshooting or setup guidance.

If the manufacturer confirms a fault and issues a reference number:

  1. Contact us via telephone or email.

  2. Package the goods securely with all original components, either in the original box or a suitable box (Under 1 metre long).

We will arrange collection and provide a collection date (please note time slots cannot be specified). Someone must be available to hand over the item.

Only one collection attempt will be made. If missed due to no fault of the courier service, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense.

All returned items are tested before a refund or replacement is issued.
If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you and you may be charged an inspection fee plus return delivery costs.

Repair Process (After 28 Days)

If your product develops a fault after 28 days but within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange repair or replacement.

In most cases:

  • A replacement part sent after troubleshooting, or

  • An engineer visit will be arranged, or

  • The product will be collected for repair.

Repairs may take up to 28 days depending on the nature of the fault.

While we can assist with authorised returns, contacting the manufacturer directly is usually the quickest resolution.

Please note:

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

  • Batteries and other consumable items are excluded.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
