Smart Energy & Humidity Control
Smart Energy Mode automatically adjusts the DD8L Pro between low, medium and high operation according to how far the room's current humidity is from your chosen target. This allows the dehumidifier to increase performance when humidity is high and reduce its operating level as conditions come under control.
When humidity is within 5% of your target, the dehumidifier operates on its quieter low setting. If humidity reaches 20% above the selected target, Smart Energy Mode automatically increases to its high setting for stronger moisture extraction.
Smart Humidity Mode works alongside a variable humidistat adjustable between 40% and 70% relative humidity, helping maintain your chosen moisture level without constant manual adjustment. Three manual energy levels are also available when you prefer direct control.

A hose adapter is provided for connection to a suitable standard garden hose with a 12.5mm internal diameter, allowing collected water to drain continuously to an appropriate outlet where gravity drainage is available. The drainage hose itself is not included.
The DD8L Pro can also be wall mounted using a compatible bracket available separately, providing additional installation flexibility in suitable garages, utility spaces and other locations where keeping floor space clear is beneficial.
